Do you have same day delivery?
Yes! We accept same day delivery orders until 11am EST. All orders after 11am EST will be available for next business day delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
We have a pretty expansive delivery range. We cover a majority of the Poconos ranging from Mt Pocono, Marshalls Creek, Stroudsburg, and everywhere in between. We also deliver to the Slate Belt region, as far as Bangor and Mt Bethel! Delivery fees vary based on distance from the studio.
How much do your arrangements cost?
Prices vary based on inventory and arrangement size. Starting price for delivered arrangements is $50. If you would like to pick up in studio, starting price is $40. Call us to get a quote or take a look at our priced arrangement collections!
Can I request specific flowers?
Absolutely! For same day or next day arrangements, requests are subject to what we have available in our cooler. Flowers may be special ordered with adequate lead time and are priced per stem. Please give call us so we can do our best to accommodate your request!
Can I customize my arragement?
All arrangements are made to order and can be customized within our availability. We have an array of vases (sizes, shape, color), ribbons, cards, and more! When contacting us, let us know how you would like to customize your arrangement and we will do so to the best of our ability!
What are your terms and conditions?
All items, including special orders, are sold "as is where is". KGS releases all responsibility or liability and accepts no indemnity after the item leaves the shop. If a customer authorizes an agent or courier to collect on behalf of themselves, the customer also authorizes that agent to accept full responsibility. Accepting the flowers upon delivery means you've accepted the product as is.
What is your return policy?
Return requests of flowers purchased directly from KGS require the item to be returned in same sellable condition it was delivered. We also require proof of purchase/receipt. Refunds are only authorized by the owner and are processed through the original method of payment. We do not accept returns from third party agents/couriers.
